The food is prepared using authentic ingredients to create delicious Jerk flavours. We create our own secret recipe Jerk sauce using fresh ingredients that adds an extra kick to our food. Mama’s Jerk has established itself as a fun and authentic Jamaican brand, well known and loved on the UK street food scene, we offer private event catering and festival catering services as well as office lunch delivery services
We work with Ubereats- Deliveroo - Street Feast London – City Pantry & Karousel Foods and have just launched a new range of ready meals: Jerk "BiriYardies” our take on a Biriyani.

Mama's Jerk started at the Vibe Bar on Brick Lane in 2010 as there was an opportunity to create a cool Jamaican street food brand. The concept came from a secret Jerk Marinade recipe passed down generation from my great grandmother Mama Charlotte and being a chef I wanted to have a legacy to this great sauce she invented.
We have been in business for the past 6 years cooking at various markets, events and festival in and around London
I was introduced to Pop Brixton by Alec from “Baba G’s” after trading on the street food circuit together for a few years. With the regeneration happening in the area I saw the great potential for Pop Brixton to become our first permanent site and become a fixture in the local community.
Our journey continues with more fixed sites, our second being a new three year lease in Deptford as part of the Deptford Project and expanding our catering services and food production business.
I'm Adrian Luckie. Currently I am the main operations manager and have been fortunate enough to have built a great team that makes Mama's Jerk work. Good chefs, great event and site service crew and an ever expanding PR and Marketing Team.
Having seen the business organically grow into an established company, the desire to keep growing only increases year on year. I think the opportunities that keep coming our way give us motivation to keep on doing what we love to do.
